1969 Chevrolet Other description

1969 Chevrolet C20 with a 396 engine, turbo 400 transmission, factory air, power steering, power disc brakes, Custom Camper package, factory window tint. Odometer says 54K on what I’m told is a numbers matching 396 however I’m sure you need to add a 100K miles to that. Original California Car (See documents Protecto Plate etc…) then Nevada, the last eight years in upstate NY in a barn and never driven in the winter. No rot anywhere, the pictures make the surface rust look worse than it is. This is a true survivor with what I believe is original paint. The paint has many chips to the primer especially on the bed top as it was actually used for a camper back in the day. Starts, runs, drives, shifts, and stops beautifully (65MPH on the highway for 200 miles when I drove it home last week). I’ve put about 500 miles on the truck and it didn’t use any fluids and no drips in the driveway. The power steering seems to have a seep however I did not have to add any fluid. The A/C is not currently working (it’s all there and the compressor turns), one of the boards in the bed could be replaced, the radio does not work, and there is a usual crack in the dash. All other lights and gauges work as they should (fuel gauge, batt, temp, odometer, speedometer, and oil). The truck currently has HEI ignition and an aftermarket carb and air cleaner. Everyone that sees truck tells me not to touch a thing and that survivor trucks are a big thing now. For what I’m looking for I don’t need such a nice starter truck so I’m putting it on e-bay and if I can make a couple of bucks I’ll let the truck go to enthusiast. Payment: NON-Refundable U.S Postal Money Order for $1000 in the mail within 24-hrs. (If you can’t do this don’t bid!) The rest can be paid in cash with only new $100 bills verified at a local bank or with a cashier’s check and a two-week waiting period. The vehicle is in Long Island NY if you want to send an inspector. No PayPal!
